Great prestyler, odd smell
I've only used this as a prestyler on towel-dried hair immediately before using a pomade (too lazy to blow dry, too impatient to wait for airdrying). I use maybe 10 sprays all over my head, scrunch it in, and then apply the pomade of choice (currently using American Gardens). This gives me a looser, more natural and touchable look than I get with pomade alone, but my hair is still highly textured and has a good hold. I can also use less pomade, which is nice. As my hair starts to dry, I do need to sort of ruffle it to make sure it doesn't look clumpy/stringy, but this is very easily done in like 5 seconds on my morning commute.
I do wish it didn't add any shine to my hair, but it's not a huge issue. The scent seems to be a little divisive. I personally don't care for it, but it's not awful and the pomade scent covers it up a little.

Life changing
I never write reviews but I had too. This is a game changer for me. Perfect pre styler.
Use 6-8 sprays in wet hair + any wax or clay of your choice. Comb it all through with a wide tooth comb then blow dry with just your hands. No brushes.
The best volume and texture I ever had in my life.
I’ve never gotten compliments before on my hair until this.
I always thought I had flat limp hair to the point where I believed that’s just the way it is and there’s nothing I could do

Failed to deliver
This product makes a lot of promises, but fails to deliver. On the plus side, it does not make your hair feel dried out and the clay is noticeable offering a very light hold. Other than that, it fails to deliver on the texture and calling this a salt spray feels like a bit of a mislead. Yes there is salt in the ingredients, no it does not give you any of the grit or text that normal salt sprays give; if that's what you are after, this isn't it. Most egregious is the smell. It's terrible. This product has a lot of competition and I have found it be to the worst salt/clay/texture spray I have tried with one of the biggest price tags.
