I can’t decide if I like the cherry rub or the apple rub better!!! I think I’m leaning more towards the apple though. It is good on anything.

We used the Apple rub to make the Apple/Cherry Habanero Ribs using Heath’s recipe from August on YouTube.
Best ribs I’ve made…bar none.

Did a nice coating with this on a thick chop, followed by Honey Chipotle. Sweet up front, but not too sweet, with a savory finish. This may become the standard.
