Nice upgrade my my old Thermapen

My 10yr+ old Thermapen finally started to be temperamental, so I ordered this one. Loke the new battery compartment, old one was difficult to change battery. And the display screen is a nice upgrade. I have several other products from Thermoworks that I am very happy with the quality.

I have waited quite a while to be able to treat myself to this thermometer. I’m a home baker but I do a lot of sourdough bread. I actually bake for our local Dutch oven society and I specialize in teaching others how to bake sourdough using a Dutch oven and Coles. A good thermometer has always been important for my breadmaking. And now that I have the Thermo pen, it is so much easier on me. I get a bar quicker result that’s more accurate. And accuracy in baking is very important. I highly recommend this thermometer to anyone who relies on accuracy and good timing with their baking or cooking. It’s absolutely fantastic.
