While making the impressions took some practice (a at least an hour and a half over two sessions) the very thin, flexible and comfortable retainers are very much worth it !

Customer service was very helpful. The trays are very comfortable, just a little less sturdy than I was expecting. But still much better than the cheap trays that you boil and try to mold to your teeth.
