At this point in time my husband has been using them for just 4 nights. He says he is sleeping better and longer, if he wakes during the night it doesn’t take long to go back to sleep.

This product is very disappointing. I've tried it twice & made sure to wear the patch for 8 hours as directed. It has absolutely no impact on my sleep whatsoever. it was a waste of money. This company's customer service is also poor. I sent an email awhile ago with my concerns asking how to go about getting a refund, but I have yet to get a response. They have no phone # to call & actually talk with someone. There's only an email address which doesn't lead to any resolution, since they don't respond to any emails. I regret purchasing from this company.
