The frame shape doesn't sit properly on the face, the nose area is too tight and the curve and length of the frame doesn't let the metal connectors touch the under eye are to deliver the pulses. The frame needs to be adjustable and flexible to adapt to all face sizes and shapes

I bought the eye massager and eye serum bundle. I am pleased with the eye massager, It feels cool and leaves my eyes feeling fresh. The disappointment was that I did not received the eye serum, so disappointed about this..
