Where the name comes from
Jamie and Karen Hodson founded Ozone in New Plymouth, New Zealand, after a six-week trip through Central America, visiting coffee farms and meeting producers.

I would like to try this coffee again when I get some new equipment, (new grinder incoming) and I'm really not getting the best out of the coffee. So far what I'm getting , no matter what grind setting, are strong smokey flavours , similar to what you'd get in some malt whiskies. I used to like a peaty whiskey so the flavour im getting is not totally unpleasant, just weird in coffee.

This is our go to blend, so we obviously love it. Really value the consistence of quality and flavour batch after batch!
