I have taken various forms of creatine. This one seems to work the best for me. Flavor and consistency are good.

The taste is a little rough. I like the concept of creatine via gummies but these are pretty hard to get through.

Great flavor only thing is that the sour cristals on this one are alot smaller then the tangerine flavor
