Absolutely love this product!! As a first responder it's difficult to maintain a good sleep rhythm across nights on and off shift. This product has drastically improved my ability to recover after long nights and consistently delivers quality sleep with less than 8 hours available. Honey Lemon flavor is 10/10!

flavor is great mixed with greek yogurt. seems to help with sleep as have been using it for 5 days.

Love the formula. It works from the first time use. Been using roughly 2-3 weeks and still works as good as the first night trying it. Very smooth tasting flavor. Nice light feeling that mixes super well. 10/10 product.
