Salmon - Coho

Usually this is a good piece of fish, but this one unfortunately didn’t have the flavor. It happens sometimes.

Flavor fantastic. However, there was a row of about 30 bones I had to remove with needle nosed pliers.

Best coho ever!

So flavorful, tender and flaky. This a family favorite!
