The Fermentation Project Kit (PREORDER)

Was very excited to participate in this tasting. I pre-ordered the coffees and they arrived promptly before the scheduled live tasting. All 4 were very good and it was a unique experience to taste four differently processed coffees from the same lot.

This was such a fun experience. Tasting the four different coffee processes was an eye-opener. Copper door did an excellent job in the presentation and roasting.

Same bean, processed 4 different ways and a worldwide tasting experience. Appreciate the effort of all the roasters - loved all 4 (definitely different) bags.
