Dark Roast Profile

Our water is really tasty but very hard. It destroys my equipment. I was constantly cleaning it. Started using distilled water with Third Wave minerals and wow. My equipment doesn't need to be cleaned every week and the brew actually tastes a bit better.

Makes great coffee!

I currently blend this 50/50 with the medium profile because I use a darker roast coffee, and it works just fine.
