The product I actually ordered, is not what I received. For some reason my first order didn't arrive, after saying it was delivered, and with the package loss warranty , I have received a different product than the one pictured. Unsure if this is a scam, because they did send me something, just not what I wanted....I believe, esp coming from USA I spent more $$$.

Never received my package and requesting help also as for a refund, I’m not getting anything for #Customer Service absolutely ridiculous or not recommend us to anybody. It is a waste of time in a loss of money.
