Wonderful Customer Service
I’ve been eating these muffins for years. When it became harder and harder to find them at my local Mother’s Market, I decided to start ordering directly online. This last time UPS delivered a ridiculously damaged case, so damaged that three of the six cartons popped open. I reported this to Flax4Life and they immediately sent me a full replacement. So my rating for the muffins and the company is 5 starts. Unfortunately, my rating for UPS is much lower. UPS seems to ignore the “fragile” label, but they did deliver an undamaged case when the replacement came.
