Magic Ink Pens

AWFUL! There is actually 1 pen, with a bunch of cheap refills. Preschoolers should be encouraged to be independent but, I don’t want my grands dealing with ink refills, ridiculous. Would have been nice to know that’s how they were coming. Customer service was the worst! I never even opened the packages because they were so small. They tried to offer 20% refund to keep them. When I refused and asked for a full refund, they offered me a 30% refund to keep them. Just do the right thing, I’ll send them back, you keep them, and give me a full refund? THAT is what would work for me.

This is junk. The pen insert couldn’t fit because the opening was blocked and when I got it slightly opened the pen point couldn’t fit all the way through. Only received the set that was with the original book set, not this additional set.

The finger holder is not the grip advertised. The grip is soft and not firm. We didn’t use the pens because the books are small.
