Extra Design Clip

I wanted to love this purchase, but it has been a disappointment from start to finish. The gift box arrived damaged, and the custom-designed embosser clip simply did not do its job: it embossed only half the design. To their credit, support was responsive and agreed to replace both items. However, the replacements took nearly a month to arrive, and the second clip was even worse than the first. Each time I raised an issue, I was asked to film and send videos demonstrating the fault. It was terribly inconveniencing because the embosser needs two hands, so I had to find a friend or someone to click photos or record the video. After almost two months of back-and-forth, I ran out of patience and stopped pursuing it. I am now left with two clips that do not work properly and a product I paid good money for but cannot use. Polite support does not make up for a product that fails twice. Unless quality control improves, I cannot recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable custom embosser.

Thank you so much,,,, Amazing quality !!! I love cooking and when I give some gifts like cakes, candied oranges or chocolates,,,, I stamp my personal stamp on a sticker and put it on boxes or bags,,, just perfect,,,, thanks again.

This new stamp is excellent. I had problems with clarity with my first order and am awaiting to hear back on the disposition of my order/complaint. The new stamp is perfect.
