Omi

I am extremely disappointed with Omi. I originally bought their hardware device because it was heavily marketed with the promise that its core usage would be free forever. Unfortunately, they have recently gutted the free plan, making it completely useless unless you upgrade to a paid subscription. This sudden change completely destroys the value proposition of the device. It makes absolutely no financial sense to buy a physical product based on a "free lifetime service" promise, only to have the company change the rules later and force you into a subscription. If you are considering buying an Omi device, be aware that their promises have an expiration date. I cannot recommend a company that pulls the rug out from under its early adopters

It’s amazing I’m wearing this everyday and I see that after few days Omi learned a lot about my environment and slowly but surely he gives better and better answers

was double charged for the device. Then account was hacked and I couldn't get back in. Now I'm in. OMI customer service denies any responsibility and says I have to contact the Shop. Will be following up
