My order was delivered to the wrong address even though I entered the correct shipping address. When I contacted customer service and explained the urgency because I need the items for an upcoming trip, I was told to simply place a second order rather than having the issue properly accommodated.
I placed my original order well in advance specifically to make sure it would arrive before my trip. It has now been a week since I first contacted customer service, and there has still been no real progress or resolution.
I understand that shipping issues can happen, but I’m very disappointed with how this situation has been handled and with the lack of urgency or effort to resolve it. I expected much better customer service.
