Time will tell
I am just over a month in and have gone through one cycle with this tincture. I noticed some positive changes already, but my cycle is very all over the map, so time will tell. I'm optimistic that it has helped and will continue to do so. It's so easy to incorporate into my daily routine and doesn't add much of a flavor so it can go in anything from water to coffee or seltzer or my morning protein shake.

Things went well the first night but the second night was a lot different. It made hy heart race and I didn’t feel well. I discontinued and poured it out. I didn’t car for the “proprietary” blend. If the ingredients are healthy for me, they should be listed.
