Due to the size of the carry on and the new size restrictions, we had to return our purchase. I will definitely keep an eye on this luggage and purchase again if they resize the carry on. Love the look of the luggage.

Challenging to talk to anyone in customers support when you need assitance, te luggage itself is very pretty and exactly what i expected it to look like. Quite pricey howeever

I’m reviewing the luggage because that’s what I purchased – not trackers. I bought the $999 Labour Day Bundle. My attached order shows 3 NOBL Air trackers AND a NOBL Air Subscription at $0.00. I understood these as included added value. The trackers arrived Sept. 3. On Sept. 12, I discovered the service is actually $215/year ($240.80 after tax). The new order says “14 Days Trial,” yet $240.80 was immediately authorized on my card. I cancelled, but it only appears to stop renewal in 2027. I’ve requested a refund. A 14-day trial should clearly state when it starts, ends and when you’ll be charged. I already own AirTags and Tiles. I don’t need a “free” tracker costing $240.80/year to use. Had that been clear, it wouldn’t have added value to me. I haven’t travelled with the bags yet. They look beautiful, but this has taken away from the experience. If NOBL Air is a selling feature, “included,” “14-day trial” and “$215/year” should be clear when buying the luggage.
