Harry's Plus Starter Set

Great customer Service and great shave.

First, I have to say that I was tracking my order and it looked like it was held up somewhere in the system (USPS). I contacted Harry's help and talked with their chat representative. I was really impressed with how it was able to track things down, asked if it would be ok if they just created a new order and sent that one out. It all worked great and I had it within a couple days. Just tried the razor for the first time today. It really did a good job on my bald head and the grip was very nice as well. I'm looking forward to the next shave. Thanks Harry's Great Job!

Don't Stop Making the Old Blades

Used it twice now, and had to finish up with my old Harrys. The single blade angle appears to have changed, and it does not do a good job of getting the hair close to my nostrils. The old one does a fine job of that. For the rest of my face, it feels like I have to make more trips over the same territory than I did with the old model. I'll continue my road test, and buy a few more blades in case my trial one was an anomaly. Initial response to the trial version is 'meh'.

Been using the old 2 blade Gillette Atra forever. Much better shave now and love the razor strip on the other side of the blades to trim sideburns and goatee margins. Already purchased extra blades from Wally store. Interested to see how long they really last. So far, very impressed!
