I never travel without 2 bars in my carryon

Well Bean bars and a banana are my favorite travel breakfast. I always put 2 (one for the trip there and one for the trip back) in my carryon bag since I never know if they will have Vegan snacks. If they do have Vegan snacks, they are usually full of sugar. An added benefit is they also keep me “regular”. Which is very important when traveling.

I bought a bundle with the mixed bars, apricot-orange nuggets and the peanut butter blondie Muggins. They are great. I made peanut butter cookies with the muggins mix. Delicious! They are all great and healthy snacks.
