Flavers. Unreal. Customer service… cant even explain how incredibly they helped. I received my first package, and one of thr three syrups and shattered and spilled on everything else. I sent an email to them, and that very same day, they sent me a confirmation email stating thay they were sending me everything i had previously ordered on the house!!! I am a surrup customer now for life! The absolute best! I will be telling everyone i know about this sweet company!

Ordered the vanilla syrup.. the bottle arrived shattered inside the box. Reached out several times over the course of a week (with photo proof) trying to get a replacement or refund and never received a single response. Had to end up filing a dispute with my bank instead because the people over at surrup seem to not want to make this right, let alone even acknowledge my messages.. Disappointing as I was really wanting to try their products.
