Dennison + Collectability

This came to my attention in a GQ article “About Time” that provides a weekly email. I loved the backstory, John Reardon’s time at Patek Philippe as well as with Sotheby’s and Christie’s It was the watch itself that grabbed me. No branding and no numbers. So very distinctive. I buy watches based on aesthetics and heritage and with the involvement of Dennison this ticked both boxes. Delivery was delayed but communication was excellent throughout. When it did arrive I was even happier with the appearance. Watch snobs may turn their noses up at the quartz movement, I don’t care, have a few automatics to scratch that itch. Overall, really very happy with the watch and service.

Such a lovely colour ! the deep blue dial really stands out. The minimalist design makes it even more elegant and eye-catching. Less is truly more.
