Good,but...

I really like the form factor and design of the Ikko Mind One. That’s actually the main reason I bought it. It’s lightweight, fits perfectly in my pocket, and the screen size is just right for me. I use it as my primary phone. However, there are quite a few issues that need fixing: • Sometimes, after pressing the power button, the screen takes literally 4 seconds to turn on. • Occasionally, the screen only shows green lines after pressing the power button, and I have to press it again to get the display working. • Bluetooth often freezes when I try to turn it off or change settings while connected to a device. • Call quality is very poor. People often struggle to hear me, and I also have trouble hearing them. Switching to speakerphone makes no difference. Calls work fine with headphones. • The proximity sensor is very unreliable. During calls, the screen often activates, causing accidental touches and sometimes even disconnecting the call. • The biggest disappointment is the camera. Image quality is honestly more like something from the retro era. Even worse, after very little use, the camera module became loose and is now at risk of falling off because its hinge mechanism is so poorly constructed. At this point, double-sided tape is the only thing holding it together. • I also received the Snap-On Case, but unfortunately, it is practically unusable. The overall user experience and ergonomics are horrible. I contacted customer support a long time ago regarding the camera issue, but I still haven't received any response. This is a complete failure, both in terms of the camera's physical durability and customer support. Overall, I still like the phone and genuinely hope you will release a next-generation model that is significantly better. I understand that most software issues can probably be fixed with updates. However, having a camera module physically fall apart after such little use is extremely disappointing. What makes things even worse is the lack of communication from customer support. When a company simply doesn't respond to its customers, it makes me question whether I can trust it enough to purchase its products again in the future. I really want to like this device, and I hope you take this feedback seriously.

استلمت الجهاز وكنت امل ان يكون باستطاعتي ان اجعله هو الجهاز الرئيسي لي ولكن هذا لا يمكن بسبب حجم البطارية الصغير ولكن الجهاز رائع بحق خفيف وجميل المظهر وملفت ، المشكلة التي واجهتني هي فقط تأخر الشحن كان امرا مزعجا بحق ولكن الجهاز استحق الانتظار ،اتمنى لكم التوفيق والمزيد من النجاح دمتم بخير

Great, but...

I’m happy with the small phone, exactly what I was looking for. But there are some improvements needed, so far. 1. “Lift to wake” doesn’t always work, almost never. 2. When you take a call next to the ear (like a normal phone, not on speaker) there is always something activating. Like if the sensor of the screen is active and the contact with the ear or something, and turns on the light (for example) or something else… For now. But happy with it!
