This 100% Arabica, shade grown Nicaraguan Rainforest bean is roasted Viennese style. The light roast accentuates the naturally nutty character of the bean. This coffee comes from a micro estate in Nicaragua and is both Rainforest Alliance and Certified Organic. A lighter roast, but still a very flavorful cup of coffee. Delicious!
