Waited two weeks before dispatch. Misleadfing info on current package position and wrong info on delivery date.

Unit sent defective really having trouble with suppliers apparently do not understand the word defective all I am asking is to send a replacement apparently they can’t do that could it be that they all dud and they know it? One wonders!
