Office Elegance - Wireless Push-up Bra

The product is great and as promised. The customer service is horrendous. The expectations set for shipping were wildly incorrect. It said 2-5 days and it took 18. 10 of those just to say the label had been created and then another 5 or so before it left the facility for delivery. The emails that I sent inquiring were responded to with identical generic messages about packages being outside of their control once shipped. I truly thought that this company was a scam and I would never get the product. Thankfully they fit great because I imagine it would be near impossible to get a refund or exchange based on my experience. I’m very happy with this purchase but I will never shop with them again.

The bras unfortunately didn’t work for us. They were much thicker and bulkier than expected, and the fit wasn’t great. Customer service did offer to send a different size or provide a partial refund, which I appreciate, but the issue is really the style and thickness rather than just the size. My biggest frustration is that it wasn’t clear when ordering that getting a full refund could require expensive return shipping. I asked if there was another, less bulky style they could recommend instead, but I’m still waiting to hear back. The bras may work well for someone looking for this particular style, but I wish the return policy and potential return shipping costs had been much clearer before purchasing.

the band is too long, it doesn't since enough. it does have cup gaps, so that's more false advertising. that being said, it is comfy material.
