This one will be quick - Service !!
This one will be quick. I've reviewed ArcMate before but recently ordered the the cooking plate, grille plate and bag.
ArcMate had sold all their grille plates, which I was aware of when ordering.
Having previously ordered things on line with other companies, I've had to wait and wait for the back-order bit to arrive. But not with ArcMate ! They advised by email of the expected date, which was spot on. The Grille plate I ordered around the start of September came to me (in WA) before mid September, which is pretty quick for an item ArcMate didn't have in stock.
The point is service! With this company you can confidently order an out of stock item, be made aware it is out of stock at the time of ordering and still be having it delivered without hassle as soon as they get stock in. It's just good to get good old Aussie, reliable service. Thanks guys.

So easy to clean
I love these grill plates they are so easy to clean. Great tip on the website for using avocado oil too, so much better than olive oil.
