Focus Accelerator Pedal Spacer

I don't have a Focus

I saw someone say somewhere that they installed this spacer on their Mazdaspeed3 so I thought I would try it out since the cars are cousins. I didn't see that Mazda used 3 studs for securing their pedal so I have to keep an eye on it to see that it stays snug And the Mazda studs are longer than the spacer is deep so I had to shave down 2 studs so I could screw the pedal into the spacer. But I like the tighter pedal positioning and I can practice better driving now, so I recommend trying this as a first pedal box mod.

Very comfortable peddle spot, i have small feet and could not heeltoe before cuz the throttle was so far back! Very happy with my car now
