I waited a long time before ordering this, the price was just insane to me and I finally splurged on it. I am one of those people that thinks a good cup changes your drink and this cup is a good cup. The lid shape is nice, the hand feel is nice and it just tastes better with it being all glass. I 💯 don’t regret this and want the bigger one for my iced drinks but just can justify the cost. The only cons I’ve found is that with it being glass I am constantly afraid of breaking it, and the lid seals but doesn’t entirely close for me.

I love my new mug :) with or without the lid, it is supremely comfortable and enjoyable to drink from. It took a bit to understand how the lid is supposed to fit - initially I thought it was supposed to be totally flush but I realize now that it’s supposed to have a little gap between the lid and cup. And it works great! Hope I don’t break it! I really want a pink one too but in other photos it looks almost clear and I would like a more saturated pink. The amber is nice though.

Taste of plastic

I bought this cup because I really love coffee and care about the flavor. The marketing for this item suggested that the design was intentional around protecting the flavor of the coffee. Unfortunately, in my experience with this cup, the plastic rim on the underside of the top imparts a flavor to the coffee which is unmistakable. Now, I am using this cup without the lid (which limits its functionality as a travel cup).
