Infinity Flow™

It doesn’t change easily, port is loose, and on top of that it over heats within 10 minutes of use and shuts off! I am constantly recharging it. Feel I’m not getting optimal use with it. I also do not like the company’s sales model on signing you up for their membership, sneaky, this happened to me before and I cancelled it! Because I did that in the past this one was hiding behind that cancellation on the website and I was charged when I thought this one too was cancelled! They don’t refund that charge! It’s shady dealings and will not be buying from them again! I be would give this a big fat 0if I could!

took forever and a day to arrive. tracking showed as out for delivery for 3-4 days before actually being delivered, overnight ! and the item is the most basic unbranded Chinese made product with no instructions. reached out to customer support about the tracking and didn't offer any helpful information, just a 15$ off coupon to the store.

I do not recommend! I bought the pro version and paid $80. I received an unbranded package and unbranded, generic device. I could have bought this for less on Amazon. I turned it on to see if it worked before I made a decision and it actually overheated and turned off after 10 minutes at level 4 (the max instead of 6 as advertised). For that reason I am returning this item. Just stay away and don't buy from this company.
