Great quality

This is a great quality product and one that I can trust. Even though I eat a high animal protein (mostly beef) diet, I prefer to supplement with creatine to support my muscles, joints, brain health and longevity. I put this in my protein smoothies, protein oatmeal bowls or coffee to get it in every day.

Great results

I have been using this product for about 6 weeks. I have great results by combining it with fasting, moderate exercise (15 minutes a day), and sensible and balanced eating. The creatine is a supportive agent in the process giving me a visible edge result that I can see and feel. I am already in descent shape at age 58 so my body is responding quickly to the product addition. For others it may take longer.
