Flat-angle connector for playpen

The connectors do what they’re supposed to, no issues there. My review stems from the journey it took to get my item. I ordered them with the understanding they were back ordered but would ship out the following week. It took a month to get my item, only after I reached out to customer service three times - 2x via phone (zero help) and 1x via email. Incredibly frustrating that I was asked to confirm the playpen I have to be able to receive an item I paid for. I can guarantee not every customer has to answer a laundry list of questions and send in pictures to get their item.

Find it ridiculous that you sell things in 3 when in must cases you’d need 2 or 4 at a time.

Why would you sell it in packs of 3 when most people would need 4 to extend their unit? Makes me dislike the brand.
