Cascavel was a very tasty coffee. I usually buy dark roast for more flavor, but this one is a great alternative medium roast. Also love supporting other Christians.

TLDR: Great coffee, helpful customer service
The coffee's flavor was excellent, and lacked the extra bitterness common with cheaper coffee. The whole office loves the smell, and the ruby red color is pleasing to the eye. Plus when I had a brewing question Noah cleared up ratios and grind standards.
