SHILAJIT | Cellular Energy Complex

The Products are amazing have a really made a big change for me already, but the delivery’s are abit too slow, second time now it’s took a while but i guess some things just happen👊🏾

This has been by far the worst delivery experience I have ever encountered. It honestly feels like they completely forgot about my order, and after 10 days, I had to contact them myself just to remind them that I was still waiting! From the very beginning, I requested to change my order to Shilajit bottles, and the change was confirmed through the Shop app. However, when the package finally arrived, it contained the original items instead of what I had requested. After waiting 10 days and following up myself, I was promised that my order would be delivered the next day at 2 PM. Unsurprisingly, that never happened! When I contacted them again, they simply postponed the delivery to the following day. Their logistics, delivery service, and customer communication are extremely poor and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they blamed customs!

Customer service is poor messaged them weeks ago and still no reply.
