Hopefully good in time

Have only been taking daily for a month. It disilves easily, and I prefer the unflavored in my coffee every morning. I never notice it's in there! Only 4 stars instead of 5 because I've seen no difference in my skin or hair in 4 weeks, but I'm hoping that'll come with more time.

Time will tell!

I don't see any improvements or changes in my skin at this point. However, I think a couple of months isn't likely a long enough time, so perhaps with continued use I will notice results. Dissolves easily in my morning coffee and has no discernible taste.
