This was an amazingly fun sauce to make, challenged by Mathieu and Sam (Hi Guys!). The sauce is based in oranges. Oranges, with just a bit of dark chocolate, and some nice scotch bonnet peppers to add a touch of heat. The citrus makes this a wonderful sauce to add to stir fry, or to anything really!

Love this hot sauce. Has nice spice (maybe a little spicy for the more sensitive aka my brother) awesome flavor, has the purrfect amount of sweetness. Been putting it one about everything lol.
