Love the versatility of the handle, can change its size to be a belt, a hand hold, or a back pack attachment point. Love how there are loops near the dog to grab for sudden redirection.

Countless leashes over 14 years and 2 dogs. When I'd get a new one, it went like this: there was one useful gimmick, something that was annoying, and something that was missing. On to the next leash, and the next one. I think I'm stopping with this one. For a waterproof leash, it doesn't feel weird. The ones I've seen in pet stores are silicone and have a sticky, friction-y feel. This one is perfectly smooth, so that it can glide through your palm, but not so slick that you lose grip. 🤌 The clip is very secure. My last leash would mysterious unclip itself in the worst situations. There's no way this one comes unclipped since it locks. And it's not a pain to unlock. Being adjustable, I can make it longer for sniffy walks or shorter to put around my waist for heeled hikes. She's a pretty big dog, so the tethered length could be a smidge longer but it's not a deal breaker by any means (maybe an add-on "extension leash" could help?). The control/traffic loops near the end are perfect for rabbit/squirrel sightings. Many thanks for the best leash
