Not impressed with the fit

Very boxy and unflattering fit. I really like the length of the jacket, and love the color, but it’s too long and wide in the sleeves and across the shoulders, and there’s too much fabric in the back. The fabric also seems excessively thick and stiff, which just compounds the sense that it doesn’t fit.

Can’t get this company to reply to you if your life depended on it! Horrible customer service I been sending so many emails and had zero response back for my order

Bad customer service

The jacket measurements did not match the size guide, got a jacket in the next size up. Sent an email asking about exchanging, no response, submit a return, 10 days later still no confirmation ,email two different emails associated with the brand, no response, although when i click on “orders” on the website it says “return accepted”
