I like the way the product itself works, so far, but I do have three complaints about the quality of its packaging and delivery:
1) The box was slightly damaged when the product arrived. Fortunately, the damage seems to have been superficial, but I don’t yet fully trust that it’s completely alright, and am keeping the packaging in case I need to send it back. For additional reasons disclosed in point 3, this problem is more noteworthy than a simple inconvenience.
2) The product did not come with a charging cable, even though it is stated on the box that its contents are supposed to include one.
3) The delivery service had a driver seemingly using his personal vehicle. The packaging, and to a lesser extent the product inside it, reek of cheap cologne, with faint undertones of old fish. I’d recommend that your business finds a more professional service to utilize in the future.

Wish I’d read the reviews before. Arrived horribly packaged and the box was beat up. There’s a weird ring that was included that has no explanation. The instructions are awful. No usb charging cord included even tho it says it is. The remote buttons work sometimes. Definitely not worth $70. And one light will NOT make your room look like their social media posts. Very cheap looking and the shade doesn’t even sit well on top. Without the shade it does not look like the pictures and you can see the parts of the lamp through the plastic. Very disappointed.

The shipping took a bit longer than I expected but I love the product. So manny setting for color combos and dimness. Haven’t tried the Bluetooth yet but the white noise has been pleasant as well. These don’t come with a charging cable anymore just an FYI.
