Excellent customer service.

The package from my first attempt to order soap was sent to an address I haven’t at for a year. When I asked what the holdup was, they sent me a replacement order with an extra four bars. Tat package arrived in a week. Ironically, the package from the original order arrived TEN days later. I was a very impressed!!

I miss Harry’s shiso and the fig bar soap. The newer scents just don’t come close to competing. Too bad.

Simply the best bar soap I have ever used. I wash my hair with it as well. The scent is so subtle which is what I like.
