The concept is great… I ordered extension pieces but don’t know how to install!
Arrived with NO INSTRUCTIONS and expected to watch YouTube to work it out.
Not professional in my opinion.
Very sad as I had high hopes for this product.

Happy with the pet door overall. The flap was a little too stiff for my cats, so I removed it, but otherwise it’s working well and saves me having to constantly open the door for them. It would be great if there was an option for a lighter cat-friendly flap.

not quite long enough but a good idea for longer doors
