Summer Heat Protective Packaging

I loved the heat proctective ice packs. I ordered 2 crunchies and I have only eaten 1 and it didn’t taste good, it tasted old and stale. I do not plan on eating the second one, they were very disappointing. I have yet to finish eating the rest of the order.

Aside from my Golden Syrup being dented, and a packet of Monster Munch being burst (and therefore a little stale) the packaging was absolutely top tier! Despite travelling multiple days across different states, nothing arrived even slightly melted. It was definitely worth the small cost increase for the summer protective packaging.

I have to commend your team on the summer heat protective packing - it was excellent! I could still feel a little coldness in the pack...
