The size of the suitcase is perfect - not too big, not too small! Did not even have to use the “expansion” yet! The wheels worked well - however, the expandable handle seems too quick to move to another level of expansion - even though I didn’t want to change the length of the handle. Inside the suitcase: The 2 different compartiments inside makes it easy to pack. Clothes on one side - and everything else, on the other one. Love the little pouches provided to store either shoes or wet/dirty clothes. The inside protector cover with the 2 pouches in front allows to secure clothes and also to store special clothes/items. Was truly great! And the internal secret zipped pouch really helped to put my jewelry and Apple Watch stored! Exterior of the suitcase: Overall, the material of the suitcase has kept well for the 1st trip. There is 1 thing missing which is really important for me - when trying to move the suitcase in hotel rooms, I would have needed an extra handle - currently there is one on top and one on the side. You would need either an additional one at the bottom or on the side. Even my husband had difficulty to move the suitcase when either closed or open. Last point - there was a nice information tag that explained how to open the suitcase the first time with the password “000” and indicated that we would be able to find the instructions on how to change the code within the suitcase - which was missing. So to this date, I don’t know how to change the code! Luggage tag: There was a luggage tag that came with the suitcase which I didn’t know so I ended up buying another one which I may return. Not useful anymore! Overall - a good purchase and hopefully the feedback included can help in making it even better!

We have two other monos bags and this latest edition was exactly what I was looking for. I often have long trips and repacking at the end of a long trip can be a challenge for a couple reasons. Things don’t fit the same and you may have some more odds and ends with you. Having that bit of wiggle room with this case is a lifesaver.

Beautiful piece

I love everything about this luggage bought for my 10 day trip to Europe. it is very lightweight, but expandable for all the treasures I want to bring back. The deep blue color is stunning. This company delivered quickly, but, of course, I will not be testing the return process. I love the quality so much that I have ordered the versatile tote that can be converted to a backpack
