Quality product

I had taken the needed women’s multivitamin, but wanted to switch over to the perimenopause one. I was pleasantly surprised with the product and appreciated that it was less pills than the regular multi. I will be ordering again.

Perfect Multi for Perimenopause

I love this product. It gives me the right balance without upsetting my stomach as other multi vitamins have. They are gentle on your stomach but giving you the nutritional support your body needs during this hormonal changes. I am so blessed to have found this company as I am going through this new phase of life!!!

Not really much of a difference

I haven't really seen much of a difference. I started taking this supplement because I had a pretty bad hot flash about a month ago ( my first one ever) and thought I was in peri menopause so I decided to try this out to see if they make a difference. I haven't seen much of a change yet so maybe i'm wrong.
