I dont agree with your no refunds policies. I would have actually enrolled my other child in the program had this not happened. The companies inability to work with clients cost you more than you think. If people forget to turn off the service the charge is continued. You shouldnt charge people for a month they didnt use in these times. I missed one day and payed for an entire month. It was clear my child was done with the course work. So now your company missed a whole year of money from 1 student. Maybe reconsider polices on a case by case. This way you keep your return clients happy.

We were unaware of how far behind the “top STEM school in the state was until we started this with our son. He’s excelling and he is way happier. We’ve built our community around other groups outside of the standard issue public school and he’s thriving. This also gives us more freedom to explore and roam rather than sit at home waiting on a draconian schedule.
