A Bit Disappointed
As I already have the GMF1-MagnaCut, which I really like, I was thinking that the GMF1-CHEF Would be more or less the same thing only with a flat grind and a taller blade height. I was a bit disappointed to find that I was wrong about that assumption. The handle is about 1/2" shorter and less bulky, which almost makes the knife feel toy like. I'm seriously considering returning it.
