Horrible, muy mal llegó el producto usado, trae marcas de uso y están sucias,y rayadas, ya hice mi reporte y me dicen que no me pueden cambiar, es injusto que no se pueda hacer nada, estoy pagando por un producto nuevo no usado aquí les dejo las fotos de cómo llegaron, y no quieren resolver, yo muy ilusionada las compré para regalo de mi esposo 😔

Boots run quite big, I usually wear a 13-14 in slip on boots, these 13’s are quite loose on me, fit more like a 15 than anything. Other than that the look and feel are fantastic!

The material and overall design of the boots are good, but unfortunately, I did not receive what I ordered. I specifically selected a different color, but I received black boots instead. I also ordered a size 10.5, but received a size 9.5. I was also unable to submit a return request through the system, which made the situation even more frustrating. The quality seems good, but the wrong color and size were sent. I will appreciate better way to contact customer support to fix this issue.
