Essential Microbiome

On my second bottle of these, genuinely made a real positive difference on my gut health. I would say I started to feel the difference after about three weeks. Better general well being, gut health etc. having improved greatly. Good to know this is potentially helping for brain and overall health in the longer term.

I haven’t noticed a difference since taking it, but it’s easy to take, no taste to it. I did a gut test that showed low butyrate so hope it’s doing something. Tried for two months.
